The Cantharellus Cibarius can be found in woods, especially hemlocks, generally in clusters of two or three, or in lines or arcs of several individuals. In its raw state, it has a peppery and pungent taste. After cooking, it has a mild and sweet taste. Sizes vary from three to five inches in diameter.
