1655 Travel Route of China

Nieuhoff accompanied from 1655 to 1658 a delegation of the Dutch East India Company (VOC) to the Emperor of China. After his return he had his journals published. The book was one of the great bestsellers of its time. This map with the travel route of the delegation was part of the book.
