Tiger

Tigers are one of four big cats that belong to the Panthera genus, and they are predatory carnivores. They are easily reconizable by their stripes and tawny fur cover. Of all big cats only the tiger and jaguar are strong swimmers and may often be found bathing in ponds, lakes, and rivers. Tigers hunt alone with a dieting consisting of mostly medium-sized herbivores.
