Agaricus Ostreatus

The Agaricus Ostreatus is found on old tree trunks and fallen logs, occasionally in dense masses. They are known to taste similar to the flavor of a cooked oyster and have a pleasant odor. Sizes typically run between four and six inches in diameter.
